Rosemary was born in Warruwi and has lived here her whole life. She is married and has two children.

Rosemary is a very talented pandanus weaver, who was taught by her mother. Rosemary's family have always made baskets, table mats and fish traps, and were often found to be collecting colours to dye the panandus leaves, stripping the pandanus, and then turning it into wonderful creations.

Rosemary is now retired but use to work at the Women's Recourse Centre here in Warruwi and also taught the younger girls at the local school the techniques to weaving pandanus.

Rosemary's favourite foods are milky oysters and wild yams which she collects from around Goulburn Island.
